On Thursday, July 24, following a meeting with the chairman and rapporteur of the General Finance Committee, Claude Raynal, and Jean-François Husson, the Minister of the Economy announced that he was withdrawing the controversial text accused of having opened a breach in the system for combating "CumCum" schemes designed to tackle dividend tax fraud.
